• Cashback amount will be directly credited to the customer’s account by Bank or SBICPSL on or before 30th June 2015.

Detailed Terms & Conditions

•  This marketing program (Program) is from State Bank of India (Bank) and SBI Card & Payment Services Private Ltd. (SBICPSL) under an arrangement with Jasper Infotech Pvt Ltd (Snapdeal.com). It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current State Bank Debit or SBI Credit Card (Cardholder) and to whom a communication is sent by Bank/ SBICPSL.
•  The Validity of the Program (Term) is from 15th April, 2015 (00:00 hrs) till 19th April, 2015 (23:59 hrs), unless extended by Bank, SBICPSL and Snapdeal.com by mutual consent in writing.
•  All SBI Credit Cardholders excluding SBI Corporate Credit Card with no outstanding of more than 30 days and all State Bank Debit Cardholders (Excluding State Bank Virtual Debit Card) are covered under this Program.
•  State Bank Debit Cards refers to any Debit Card issued by
• a.State Bank of India
• b.State Bank of Hyderabad
• c.State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur
• d.State Bank of Travancore
• e.State Bank of Mysore
• f.State Bank of Patiala
• is eligible to avail this offer.
•  Under this Program, cardholder can avail 10% cashback during the offer period on ALL transactions of Rs. 6000/- or more made/effected using State Bank Debit or SBI Credit Card on www.snapdeal.com.
•  Transaction size is the net paid value transacted through the Card after application of promo codes and SD cash.
•  The maximum cashback limit per card account is Rs. 1,200 /-.This would include any addon card transactions in case of SBI credit Card.
•  For SBI Credit Card, the offer is valid on non EMI purchases only.
•  Cashback is applicable over and above any promocode promotions running on the website.
•  Cashback will be calculated on the net paid amount by the customer. Cashback amount will be directly credited to the customer’s account by Bank or SBICPSL on or before 30th June 2015.
• Offer is applicable on all products purchased from Snapdeal.com

Other Terms & Conditions

• Any query regarding the program will be entertained only till 19th April, 2015. Post such date, Bank, SBICPSL & Snapdeal.com will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any persons. Any issue with cashback will be entertained only till 30th July, 2015.
•  Bank/SBICPSL does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Program and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to Snapdeal.com.
•  All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc. that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders as part of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.
•  In the event an order is cancelled, the corresponding value will be deducted from the paid amount while checking eligibility of discount. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.
•  Products offered under this program are subject to availability from the respective participating merchants/sellers of Snapdeal.com and accordingly Bank, SBICPSL or Snapdeal.com in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.
•  Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by Bank, SBICPSL or by Snapdeal.com.
•  Bank and SBICPSL will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by Snapdeal.com on products/services made available by it and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of Snapdeal.com and without reference to Bank and SBICPSL.
•  All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
•  Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by Bank/SBICPSL for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at Mumbai for Bank and New Delhi for SBICPSL and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against Bank/SBICPSL.
•  Cardholders are not bound in anyway to participate in the Programs. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a bbest effort basisb.
•  Bank/SBICPSL/Snapdeal.com reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this program at any time with/without prior notice to the cardholders.
•  SBICPSL along with its direct affiliates is alone responsible for resolving all disputes and differences in relation to SBI Credit Cards without reference to State Bank of India. However, State Bank of India along with its direct affiliates is solely responsible for resolving all disputes and differences in relation to State Bank Debit Cards without reference to SBICPSL.
